This site is dedicated to all the people I love and those special people who have touched my life in a special way and inspired me to write...

I am a born and raised California Girl My poetry is mostly based on things I have experienced and my emotions.

I live in the beautiful Sierra's in a forest nestled in Calaveras County, part of the famous gold country. As you can see I love the big tree's.

This one of the first things I wrote and was written for someone I loved verymuch and every word was from my heart.

If My Love Was.....

If my love was a candle it would be burn-ing so bright

My eyes sparking with love in the warm glowing light

If my love was a river, it would be racing to-wards you

To bring you all my love so strong, and so true

If my love was like a diamond shining so bright

It would shimmer in your heart all through the night

If my love was a full moon shining so high

You would know that it is yours and will never die.......

Sitting in the Sun

This is me, Sandee..at Utica Park in Calaveras County, California, a park built on the site of a gold mine, here some of the mining equipment can still be seen...
